Abstract

This scientific research, deals with The  necessity carpening of alternatives to improve the mobility on the urban transport between itchant itchus and the center of the city of San Luis, is the yearning of the people who transitively cotidianiously in that artery. This situation becomes the population of a single paved path between these two areas built since the 1970's, almost 50 years or half century. It also enhances the growth of demographic, commercial and industrial, health care, University, large companies, residential neighborhood, among others, as the train station as the botanical, the portuary Park, and that's just the way that the great volume of traffic and constant traffic volumes and congestion.
