Neste artigo mais uma vez, retratamos em buscar e desenvolver através de autores diversos, sobre a “família”, bem como os valores que a integra na sociedade e seu contexto hoje, destacando assim, sua transformação no transcorrer do tempo e o embasamento dos diversos valores na sociedade. As reflexões teóricas obtidas através deste estudo permitiram expor a opinião de diversos autores que trabalham o tema “Família”, tendo como objetivos detectar que a família ainda é intermediária dos valores que incidem na sociedade e refletir sobre seu contexto contemporâneo. Com tudo, foi necessário expurgar mais sobre o contexto histórico da família, abordar os conceitos que foram constituídos no decorrer do tempo, expor os valores que ainda são importantes para o convívio social e também expor os fatores intermediários da contemporaneidade que permeiam as diversas mudanças que estão acontecendo na sua estrutura.

In this article, we once again portray searching and developing through various authors about the "family" as well as the values that integrate it in society and its context today, thus highlighting its transformation over time and the foundation of the various values in society. The theoretical reflections obtained through this study allowed to expose the opinion of several authors who work on the theme "Family", aiming to detect that the family is still an intermediary of the values that affect society and reflect on its contemporary context. However, it was necessary to purge more about the historical context of the family, to address the concepts that were constituted in the course of time, to expose the values that still are important for social life and also to expose the intermediate factors of contemporaneity that permeate the various changes that are happening in its structure.
